There is so much to do during the summer here in Oregon you almost go nonstop. Here is an incomplete list:

Go to the beach

Play croquet

Pick fresh fruit

Bake with hand picked berries

Make jam

Shop at the local farmers’ market.

Pick lavender

Enjoy a glass of wine and live music in the vineyards

Camp by a river or lake

Take a ride

Grill and eat outside

Make hay

The old saying “Make hay while the sun shines” applies to more than just actually making hay. So the summers are busy.
